GW29: Attack of the Big Bad Wolves! ๐Ÿบ๐Ÿ˜ˆ

Published on March 12, 2026 at 11:13โ€ฏPM

Iiiiiiiiit's almost Friday! St Patty's Day weekend is approaching and none other than big Jake Runnals and Mikey Pow are coming to down for an epic weekend๐Ÿ€๐Ÿ€๐Ÿ€๐Ÿ€๐Ÿ€๐Ÿ€๐Ÿ€๐Ÿ€๐Ÿ€๐Ÿ€๐Ÿ€๐Ÿ€๐Ÿ€๐Ÿ€๐Ÿ€๐Ÿ€. Speaking of epic, what and absolutely epic fail of a week for some of y'all favorite teams in EPL, not to mention in the Champion's league where the so called "best league in world" rolled over to the real world powers (see the Atleti Zone for more details on our well deserved win)

Well anyways, let's get into to! NINE gameweeks to go, everything to play for!! This is...the GAMEWEEK 29 RECAP!!! ๐ŸŽ‰๐ŸŽ‰๐ŸŽ‰

Week in Review

Bournemouth (0) - Brentford (0)

Tough break for Bournemouth, who had a bad case of the posties to keep this a deadlock at 0 a piece. Gonna need more from you Igor!!

Everton (2) - Burnley (0)

Solid work from the former Burnley man himself, Tarky to bag one against the Super Clarets. Dagger from none other than Dewsbury Hall settles this one at 2-0. Everton stay top 8, Burnley continue on a relegation path.

Sunderland (1) - Leeds (0)

A Diarra pen settles it to get all 3 for Sunderland, who despite being 10-10-9 are still having a better season than Newcastle lmaoooooo! Tough break for Leeds who are very much in a relegation fight.

Liverpool (1) - Wolves (2)

LMAOOOOOOOO GET FUCKED LIVERPOOL YOU ARE STILL SO ASS AFTER SPENDING OVER HALF A BILLY!!! HALF A BILLY TO LOSE TO LAST PLACE WOLVES 2-1!!!๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚

Hats off to Wolves, that's how you *time travel back to the present* to *retroactively* bounce back from the "Fallen Awf" Cup L to Liverpool and hit em where it hurts. Liverpool fall down to 6th with 9 more to go!!! But hey...

Well maybe they just had their eyes too far down field, surely they'd come back swinging in the CL against Galatasaray in the salty run back right?? Some lil redemption for the league stage right? RIGHT??

Never change, Asspool, never change!๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚

Chelsea (4) - Aston Villa (1)

Well this was certainly not a good week to leave Joao Pedro off the ol roster๐Ÿ˜ญ. What a day for him as Villa, who once were fighting for the top spot seemed destined to crash and burn out of top 5. A big hatty for JP, a nice lil somethin for the Cole Palmer truthers. Nice way to bounce back from conceding in the 2nd min for sure. Crazy what can happen when you don't get a red card! ๐Ÿคท

Surely they'd carry this momentum into the CL leg one too I assume!๐Ÿ‘€

Phenomenal Spurs impression, lads! ๐Ÿ˜

Arsenal (1) - Brighton (0)

Just absolutely disgusting work from Arsenal who scrape by with one of worst demonstrations of football I've ever witnessed ๐Ÿคฎ๐Ÿคฎ๐Ÿคฎ๐Ÿคฎ๐Ÿคฎ๐Ÿคฎ๐Ÿคฎ๐Ÿคฎ๐Ÿคฎ

Yes it seems they've pulled juuuust far enough away to not have it all come down to a showdown at the Etihad. If current point totals hold, we may see the first ever 0.0 xG from a team in first place. But will this W in the books they set their sights to Germany to take on the mere 6th best team comprise of 11 "farmers". Let's see how it went!

Ah nice, seems they found their true level over there! Conceding a corner and only tying it thanks to a flop our dear Julian Alvarez would be proud of. I sense a shock is incoming in leg 2 where the "favorites" take an early exit that leads to them tanking domestically. Time will tell!! If a Kai Havertz pen is the only way you can score away, biiiiiig Ls are sure to follow ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ“‰

West Ham (1) - Fulham (0)

Summerville is lowkey a baller, he's get snagged by a big club and be sick I think. Should maybe pick that guy up!

Man City (2) - Nottingham Forest (2)

Hmmmmm......

Well this certainly makes things interesting, 7 points back with a game in hand, Pep surely there's a way you can pull this one out right???

"One."

Man U (1) - Newcastle (2)

Aaaaand now for the battle of a team about to exit European football vs. a team ready to get back in the highest tier of it! What an absolute SHOWDOWN between the Red Devils and Newcastle๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ”ฅ

After a blunder of a red card from Jacob Ramsey, Newcastle actually struct first with pen and playing against ass teams for goals, soon to be Man City or Liverpool player Anthony Gordon. A quick answer from Casemiro made it appear Man U were in the drivers seat, only for Osula to absolutely carve up Man U's tired, washed legs to seal an emphatic W for Newcastle to skyrocket them straight into 12th place!! Absolutely electric scenes as Newcastle continue their fight for dead middle. Man U stay 3rd on GD. Much to play to return to CL!

Speaking of CL, not too bad of a performance from Newcastle against Barca, I thought they'd get smoked away but they looked the stronger team at times. I fear it will not go well for them in Barcelona, however. Time will tell all!

Spurs (1) - Crystal Palace (3)

And last and least....things continue to go in freefall for Spurs as they face a serious reality of going to the championship after West Ham and Forest pull of shock Ws...oh my Spurs what is happening?? It's MARCH and still no Ws?? I will say, it was nice of Van de Ven to give Romero the day off from getting a stupid red, this time in the 37th min.

Despite this L, surely better days were ahead for Spurs as they look to repeat their European title streak, this time against my very own Atletico de Madrid!  I've been hearing a lot from people who claim to have ball knowledge that this would be a close one, that Spurs would even trounce us! Well, let's take a look how it all slipped..I mean shook out!๐Ÿ‘€๐Ÿ‘€๐Ÿ‘€

Historic first leg for the good guys, let's close it out next week! 5 goals, not a bad start! Aupa Atleti! This could be the year!! #Manifest๐Ÿ”ฎ

Galaxy Brain Plays of the Week ๐ŸŒŒ๐Ÿง

  • Well first of all, anyone who stuck by Joao Pedro

  • Tarkowski players, sometimes I swear Beef's team is a voodoo doll lol

  • Timber players ate this week, god damn it

  • Senesi and Anderson players, solid 11 and 12 points, exquisite play I do say!

Top....Dawgz??? โฌ†๏ธ๐Ÿถ<3๐Ÿถ

Fullmetal Midfielder and Ludicrious Display - 93 pts

Wow...who would have thought we get a DOUBLE TOP DAWG this week! Let along from our last place player, Roldan!

Hats off to Ed as well, the man is having a tremendous week in the football world! Some absolute galaxy plays from the lads, with Roldan hitting a clutch Joao Pedro captain, and Ed locking in with solid showings from JP, Anderson, Bruno F, Gabriel and Senesi. Roldan ripping a Timber + Summerville play, excellent work gentleman! Don't look now Jake Jennings, but Roldan's not too far away from 42nd!

Bottom Dawg โฌ‡๏ธ๐Ÿฆฎ

Porro-no Addiction - 25 pts

Things going from bad to worse for our resident Spurs fans. But hey, at least Porro got a little souvenir for the European football road this week! Better days ahead for Mitch B, who just like his favorite team is praying to stay above the bottom 3 in their respective leagues. Behold, the mustiest team of the week! Helluva game from Van De Ven in PL and CL!

Wow, what a week, and it's only going to get CRAZIER!!! The dirty 30 up next! MHGOTW and Locks to follow!!!! Have a great weekend y'all!!๐ŸŽ‰๐ŸŽ‰๐ŸŽ‰๐ŸŽ‰
