Looking back, we've really had ourselves quite the treat with some big games AND some CL action as well (more on this later). The season is really starting to take form, and we're learning a lot about who teams are. Six weeks in, and still anyone's game in both EPL and FPL. Week in Review

Arsenal (2) vs. Leeds (1)

Despite Leeds drawing first blood, Arsenal continue to churn results keep the title defense alive. You know, I really don't have an excuse for not having Califiori in my line up other than spite for that time he clearly fouled Giuliano Simeone in the box but it got called back for an offside that wasn't actually offside..but I digress. The man is ON FIRE!!!🔥 He's really more of a CF than a defender at this point, one of these days we'll bring him in and then he will stop producing. Speaking of producing, let's take a look at how the former Newcastle talisman is doing as a Gooner...

Crazy how one team's greatest player is another team's super sub 🤷. Levels to this I suppose. Solid bounce back after getting pecked by the Seagulls, and what should be a soft ball against Nottingham Forest incoming...right? 👀 

Brentford (2) vs. Aston Villa (2)

Nicolas Jackson..is back?? The man is cookin, could be a good play lowkey for FPL moving forward. Solid performance from each team to get a point a piece, McGinn, Yarmolyuk, and Ajer goals as well to settle the draw.

Ipswich (2) vs. Fulham (1)

Things going from bad to worse as Fulham as they take dead last and join Tottenham and Bournemouth as the only 3 teams without a win this season. I feel like I've seen this style of play somewhere...I wonder who the common denominator is?

Solid result for Ipswich who sit 10th after 6.

Chelsea (5) vs. Bournemouth (1)

Now THAT'S how you bounce back from getting 3 pieced by Bees as Chelsea DOMINATES Bournemouth to try and shake the Blue Tottenham allegations. And...do my eyes deceive me? Is that...BIG HENDO DOING IT TO EM IN THE BIG 2026??😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱 Southgate and Tuchel saw the vision I guess

Two lowkey worldies from England's geriatric super star 👴🏻 Looks like that wrist is fully healed. Dare I swap in Hendo for the 4.9? Or was this a one game wonder? Time will tell. Joao Pedro continues to cook with a brace as well, as new signing Morgan Rogers continues to contribute. Chelsea will also benefit from playing absolutely ZERO mid week games, fresh legs could yield strong results as CL and Europa heat up. Chelsea juuuust outside top 5 with Everton on the horizon.

Brighton (2) vs. Sunderland (1)

Seagulls continue to soar thanks to my MF guy De Cuyper. Seagulls stay top 4, sitting neatly at 3rd place just behind Assenal and Man Shitty.

Man U (1) vs. Tottenham (1)

OOOOOOOOF🤭🤭🤭🤭🤭, another winnable game squandered by Man U as they looked a little too far ahead to the big CL game at the Metropolitano. I gotta say, Tottenham looked like the better team. But after Mbuemo bagged one and Bentancur got sent off, looked like the Red Devils were poised for a much needed 3 points. Enter the man, the myth, Mr. I didn't realize he still got minutes, SOLANKE with the softest lil header I ever did see to tie it in the dying embers of the game. Another devastating end to a game for Man U as the whispers of Carrick out become full on yells.

Speaking of Red Cards and disappointing results from Man U...Let's take a look at how the GLGOTW unfolded on Tuesday as we welcomed Man U to our beautiful home, the Metropolitano!

Ok Palace, showing some signs of live but still aggressively mid. Good result though to go into 12th place. Down to 15th for Forest.

Hull (2) vs. Everton (2)

The mauling may have slowed down a bit, but Hull is still churning some big results to build up a strong points base early on. Belloumi is ON FIRE!! Welcome to Milliesbrough FC lad! 🐯 

Man City (3) vs. Liverpool (0)

Some absolute worldies in this one from Doku and Cherki I will say. And normally I would be ripping a big LMAOOOOOOO 😂 for how ass Liverpool is and how they're not who they think they are, maybe even mention that they just ran another $500M cardio clinic and produced the same amount of goals that Me and 10 traffic cones would have if given the same opportunity.

But honestly just feels a bit strange being in limbo while we await the verdict to celebrate anything City does (outside of contribute to my FPL score of course). Sad to see what this has done for the Prem credibility (and simultaneously has boosted La Liga's cred and swag), hoping they get a massive punishment soon so the league can move on.

Coventry (4) vs. Newcastle (1) 🤭
